Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Ironwood Pike Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Toledo area, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 483 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on vendor invoices for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
