Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Greenridge Orchard Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Las Vegas presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
