Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Redstone Juniper Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in El Paso working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
