Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Amberfield Vista Community Partners is a nonprofit in Oklahoma City supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
