Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Harborlight Beacon Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on maintenance stores for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
