Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Northwind Vista Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
