Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Bright Field Housing Group is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
