Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Harborlight Granite Community Partners is a Grand Rapids charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
