Highbridge Beacon Early Learning is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
