Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Lumen Quarry Care Services supports families and individuals in Chicago with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
