Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Nova Juniper Care Services is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
