Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Nova Bridge Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Oakland, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
