Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Clearpath Cross Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
