Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Rivermark Keystone Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Grand Rapids design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
