Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Foxglove Forge Transit Planning Partners plans bus and rail service for cities around Seattle, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
