Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Foxglove Stone Transit Planning Group is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
