Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Redstone Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 466 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
