Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Westbrook Harbor Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 941 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
