Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Foxglove Quarry Arts Center is an arts centre in Las Vegas with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
