Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Bright Sparrow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on client records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
