Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Westbrook Field Property Management looks after rental homes across the Fort Worth area, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
