Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Clearpath Technologies runs classrooms and tutoring across the Minneapolis area. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
