Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (remote)

Highbridge Thistle Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Wichita. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
