Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Providence, RI)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Providence, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
