Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Providence, RI)

Cedar Forge Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Providence design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
