Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Portland, OR)

Nova River Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Portland, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
