Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Phoenix, AZ)

Summit Quarry Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Phoenix, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
