Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood Junction Housing manages affordable housing communities across Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
