Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Philadelphia, PA)

Greenridge Field Community Partners is a Philadelphia charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
