Nova Loom Early Learning Partners is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
