Harborlight Keystone Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
