Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood Juniper Care Services supports families and individuals in Philadelphia with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
