Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Orlando, FL)

Highbridge Timber Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
