Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Wilder Early Learning runs childcare centres in Oklahoma City caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
