Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Pike Learning Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. Families are partners. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
