Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Oklahoma City, OK)

Westbrook Fern Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Oklahoma City working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
