Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Lumen Union Arts Center and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
