Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Oakland, CA)

Fernwood Fox Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Oakland. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. Families are partners. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
