Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Nashville, TN)

Silverline Pike Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Nashville, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
