Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood Pike Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Milwaukee area. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
