Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Forge Transit Planning and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
