Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Memphis, TN)

Lumen Willow Property Management is a Memphis property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on rent collection for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
