Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Madison, WI)

Highbridge Lakeside Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Madison presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 616 people based in Madison. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
