Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Madison, WI)

Northwind Orchard Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Madison. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication.
