Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Louisville, KY)

Silverline Vista Property Management looks after rental homes across the Louisville area, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on lease renewals for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
