Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Louisville, KY)

Westbrook Fern Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Louisville, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
