Fernwood Cobalt Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Little Rock. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
