Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Forge Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Little Rock, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
