Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Knoxville, TN)

Summit Clear Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Knoxville with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 918 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
