Senior Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Kansas City, MO)

Ironwood Property Management Group is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
